Sewing & stitching were inconsistent and these were not checked before sending out, we could not use more than 30% of the goods. Problems such as broken zippers, gatehred stitching, stitching on the zipper (causing the bag being unable to open), non-sturdy stitching which caused the handle to snap off etc. Supplier provided a partial refund but we had to go through each bag one by one to check which ended up using a lot of labour cost and time cost. Also, as we could not use a lot of the original bags on our end, we had to reorder from a different supplier to meet the original quantity required.
